After having observed the current situation and envisioned where we want to be, we need to connect to our path. build a relationship with it. Embrace the fact that we are where we are. Figure out, what do do how and with whom. Then we can start with the adaptations. We need to find and pick one way, test how it works and adapt again if necessary. This again ties nicely to the 5W and 1H Method of the Lean Framework.
